- Deep knowledge of and passion for the startup ecosystem, with an eagerness to engage founders, corporations, VCs, industry experts, and other innovation players.
- Proven ability to design and execute complex programs, balancing strategic goals with hands-on operational delivery.
- Skilled in program management, including network development and management, client engagement, reporting, and cross functional coordination.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with comfort speaking in front of curated audiences and liaising with senior-level stakeholders across sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with great attention to detail.
- Research and analytical skills, with experience producing clear and actionable reports.
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
You thrive in environments that are fast-paced, collaborative, transparent, and impact-driven, and you enjoy both shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day operations of a flagship innovation center and U.S. landing pad, overseeing a facility hosting international companies, including coworking and networking spaces.
- Design, coordinate, and execute two six-month business immersion programs per year, leveraging and building a value-add network to support companies through scaleup sessions, expert-led office hours, mentorship, networking events, and corporate matchmaking for the companies in each program.
- Lead stakeholder management with internal and external partners, including preparing reports, presenting program outcomes, and representing SOSA in public speaking engagements.
- Manage and grow SOSA’s network of investors, mentors, industry experts, and corporate leaders.
- Research and implement best practices in innovation center and acceleration program management.
- Build strong relationships across the broader startup, VC, and innovation ecosystem.
