NTT Innovation Lab Israel faced challenges in centralizing, analyzing and sharing data for innovation projects, initially trying traditional CRMs without success. The introduction to Savvy, SOSA's innovation management platform, allowed them to efficiently streamline hundreds of collaborative innovation projects, resulting in successful deals and implementations.

The Challenge

NTT Innovation Lab needed a tool tailored for centralizing startup data,  contacts, fostering collaboration, and demonstrating the value of innovation projects. The ideal tool had to be user-friendly, engaging the entire company while simultaneously streamlining innovation projects and fostering collaboration.

The solution

In response to these requirements, Savvy emerged as the ideal alternative.

The implementation of Savvy brought about a 360 shift in NTT's innovation landscape, as the platform's features effectively addressed the specific needs of innovation teams.

The Results:

Savvy's impact for NTT has been transformative, as they now use it as their primary software for innovation management, enhancing collaboration, boosting user engagement, and simplifying projects.

Providing NTT with a necessary structure for handling multiple initiatives at the same time has greatly improved its interaction with other teams and business units. The platform's dashboard offers real-time insights, significantly increasing team engagement and making it easy to demonstrate project progress to the board, and showing the value created

“After trying other solutions, we went with Savvy. It was the simplest to use, and had everything we need. Finally we are running pilots and advancing deals without bottlenecks.” Asaf Green, Director of Business development, NTT Israel

Through Savvy, NTT Innovation Lab now manages 300 projects, 2000 startup profiles, with a robust user adoption rate of 250 users, showcasing Savvy's effectiveness in supporting innovation teams.
