Senior Associate - Strategy Consultant

SOSA is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate – Strategy Consultant to join our global Consulting team.

In this role, you'll work with leading multinational corporations and governments to address complex business challenges and develop strategies that leverage emerging technologies to create business value.

We're looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded professional with a strong consulting background and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker who can navigate ambiguity, engage confidently with senior executives, and take ownership of demanding client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Consulting

• Lead strategic workstreams for global corporate and government clients, addressing complex business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and apply rigorous analytical thinking to develop actionable recommendations.
• Develop corporate strategies, market assessments, business cases, and technology adoption roadmaps tailored to client objectives.
• Translate complex analysis into compelling executive-level presentations that support strategic decision-making.
  

Project Leadership & Execution

• Take ownership of consulting workstreams from initial scoping through final delivery.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining exceptional standards of quality.
• Work independently and collaboratively to solve challenging business problems in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and accountability in managing client expectations and project outcomes.
  

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage directly with senior executives at leading global corporations, establishing credibility and building trusted relationships.
• Lead client meetings and strategic discussions with confidence and professionalism.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to ensure recommendations are commercially relevant and practical.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly, adapting communication to different audiences and seniority levels.
  

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or corporate strategy. Experience at a leading management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure complex business problems.
• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to develop practical recommendations grounded in business realities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently lead demanding workstreams and consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Fluent English, with exceptional professional writing and presentation capabilities.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• An interest in emerging technologies and their business applications. A technical background is not required.
