Our experience with over 380 startups has shaped a new way to break into the US. SOSA’s Go-to-Market Project is a five-month sprint designed to accelerate your U.S. growth. You get expert market research and hands-on support, with a focus on sales or fundraising, depending on your goals. The outcome: market validation, a strong sales pipeline, and closed deals.
Go-to-market strategy
SOSA conducts thorough market analysis and research on the startup’s market potential in the US, including competitive analysis, customer discovery, pricing trends, and more, to inform the startup’s market entry roadmap.
Sales-as-a-service
SOSA designs and executes a robust sales campaign, informed by the strategy research, spanning at least three months. This covers everything from prospecting, to qualifying, nurturing and jointly initiating sales engagements with U.S. based leads.
