Innovation Centers › Plan, Build, Scale
Twelve years of building innovation centers, brought to your region and built for it. We start by finding out what your ecosystem needs, design the center to match, and stay to operate it.
Plan
A dedicated SOSA team does the research in country: what your ecosystem is strong at and what it is missing, interviews with the agencies and companies who would use the center, and the lessons of comparable centers elsewhere, including the ones that struggled.

Build
The plan becomes an operation. We recruit and train the team, fit the space to the operating model rather than the other way around, and bring in the agencies and corporates who will use the center before the doors open.

Scale
An operating center runs the cycle, then runs it again, wider. Challenges mapped, technology scouted, solutions tested, results reported, then back to the start with what has been learned.

Widening
How fast this moves. It depends on your ecosystem, your governance, and how much is already in place. As a reference point, the center we built with HTX in Singapore went from inception to launch in six months.
New York City selected SOSA as one of four operators of its International Landing Pad Network, the city's program for landing international growth-stage companies. Our cohort is ten companies from eight countries, working twelve months out of fully subsidized space in Chelsea.
Setting New York City up for long-term success in critical industries like artificial intelligence, green energy, technology, and more.

Why SOSA.
All three sides of the market
We operate government centers, build corporate innovation strategy, and run startup expansion programs. A center we build opens with demand already attached, because that demand comes from the other two sides of our own business.
We operate what we design
We take a center from strategy through to daily operations, and we stay to run it. One accountable operator, rather than a plan handed over at the end.
It starts connected
A new center opens into the whole network on day one: the companies we already track, the clients we already work with, and twelve years of operating practice. It does not begin from zero.
