POCs in Discussion

25 Tokio Marine employees from 4 different business units participated in the innovation bootcamp and shared knowledge in order to tackle each of the use cases at hand. The programming included online collaborative workshops, business use case opportunity mapping, and curated introductions with leading tech companies that address each challenge.

“I have been through many innovation programs in my career including with a leading design agency, a strategy consulting firm, an executive education programs at leading universities, and others. I found the SOSA to be the best. The program’s continuous engagement creates more durable ‘muscle memory’ for the team and is more likely to create lasting change in thinking and actions. The SOSA team made innovation accessible for less familiar participants and we realised results that we wouldn't have achieved otherwise. I am a big fan of the program and am optimistic about the lasting positive impact it will have on my teams.”
